I do 60 sit-ups each day (I do them slowly as they work much more effectively the slower you do them), I then do 5 sets of 20 push-ups. I lift weights, and go running too.

Right now my friend is gonna help me out soon.

But right now, I do 400 crunches a day, 200 in morning, 200 at night.

You're doing crunches wrong if you're doing that many. :|

Try doing a lot less of them, but hold them crunched as long as you possibly can. And then try to do some 21s. Then your standard bench presses / pushups - you should be doing one handers by now (or atleast clapping) :D

(or atleast clapping) :D

Clapping pushups are for more endurance based exercise than strength... that is all.

Monday:
Calling my history teacher names and saying his wife is hot. I then dodge things he throws.

Tuesday:
Standing around outside while everyone plays football Occasionally I may run after calling someone a rude name.

Wednesday:
Bouncing on my bed waiting for LOST.

Thursday:
Random happy slapping with various weights (books, stones, my own hands).

Friday:
Watching others do sports. My eyes are buff.

Saturday:
Walking to and from the kitchen. I get food each time as a reward, I'm sure I burn off more than I eat. I have a long hallway.

Sunday:
Making punching motions while watching Jerry Springer. "HIT HIM!!!1"

So yeah, pretty much a full week, I'm an exercise freak.

<333333 for buff Jamie. :)

30 slow crunches to the front, and sides
10 reverse situps (I used to to 50, but then I started building up too much muscle so this is a nice balance)
80 back-things (imagine lying on your stomach and lifting your back up off the ground, using only your abs and back, it should be about a 90 degree angle :) )
The same thing as above, but holding for a minute
Random stretching, including chair splits (when you put your leg on a chair and then do the splits), front, side, and back, for 30 seconds each, then switch legs
and last, but definately not least, I take at least 2 1/2 hours of dance every day, yeah it sounds pathetic, but it kills me, and that's all that matters. :)

I have an excersize routine I do every day, I was out of shape for quite a while and I recently started the program. I don't do huge excersizes, but I plan to increase over time. My routine is currently

first I go on the treadmill,
then on the excersize bike.
Then I do 20 pushups, 20 sit-ups, 30 curnches, and 40 jumping jacks.
Then I do 4 types of weight lifting, 20 times each, then I repaet my "floor excersize" cycle again, then I go on the treadmill again, then do 5 chin-ups on my chin-up bar.

I have weights and a multi-purpose machine at home, so this is roughly it:
40 curls ea. arm (20 lbs)
40 shrugs (45 lbs)
40 reps on bench press (80 lbs)
48 lat pulls (40 lbs)
48 tricep pulls (30 lbs)
40 sitting rows (40 lbs)
150 sit-ups (I end up exercising my neck more than my abs when I do crunches, so I do sit-ups)

I wish I had the patience to jog but I don't :/
