DNS Error

The domains should work now as I added them to CloudFlare. If not, it may be the issue is with the server itself right now instead.

@MMASCC, that looks like an error CloudFlare would give when the server can't be accessed due to being down.

I was getting 522 as well.

I did click to try for a live version, and this let me get in. For once, Zeta 11 is not one of the 6 servers showing as down at the moment. :p



I take it back. Zeta 11 is down now too.

The 522 error is what we are getting now as well.

I have a question, should we be directing it to IP or to the zetaboards domain, I had it to the domain until today, and saw another forum was working with the IP, so I switched it back to the IP in hopes this would make it work for Atrium. Not sure if this changes if it should be working or not.

And wanted to add, server 11 has been working for us.

Now also getting database error when accessing from mobile.

Even if 522 is cloudfare error shouldnt you guys post support on how to fix it since you are requiring cloudfare for our boards to work?

Getting the same DNS error when trying access my forum - bcfcforum.co.uk (z4.zetaboards.com/BLUES_FORUM), and also notice that I'm unable to raise a support ticket from ACP. Page does not load.
Having exactly the same problems with our board hobbyownersclub.org.uk (s4.zetaboards.com/hobby_owners_club).

To start with any attempt to use the custom URL failed with the board timing out, could access the Asmin CP but the Support Page won't load, it times out. Also I cant access the support forum, that also times out.

I stripped out all the DNS information with our DNS provider 123REG and went back to basics. Found this tutorial and followed that through.

But, I now get a Cloudflare1001 error when I try to use our custom URL.

thanks, how long do we need to wait for the changes to take effect?

Also if we use multiple custom URLs do you need to add each of them?

The change should take place almost immediately from what I've seen. However, this will only stop the DNS error messages. If your board is still down regardless and not displaying this message it may be the server is down instead.
