Hi, any updates on s1.zetaboards.com/dsamercenaries (darkstar-alliance.com)
Support ticket has gone unanswered since this morning.
Thanks
With regards to your root domain, it appears you're in the same boat mentioned here, unfortunately.
We're working on the best way to handle this situation, and we'll let you know when we have more information. We apologize for the issues in the meantime. :(

Looks like my forum http://forums.rugbyleagueplanet.com/

Is in the same boat.

Do let us know what steps to take to resolve.

Cheers

Quantum-locked when observed.

play-beyond and cheezel, your domains should be working.

ddkhvi, unfortunately you’re in the situation as outlined by Elemental Alchemist above, because you’re using an A record. If you can change your domain to point to the server with a CNAME record then it should work … otherwise, you have to wait until we implement a solution for this issue.

Thank you very much Ben! I will try to use CNAME and tell us the result!

With regards!

I've just deleted A Record, keep the CNAME Record.
It works smoothly with Firefox, but it doesn't work with Google Chrome.
Any suggestion friends?

M is for Mod

I can access your domain with Chrome. Perhaps it just needs to cache?

Are you still experiencing this issue? Server 10 may have had a brief hiccup.

Hi Guys,

I appreciate you've pretty busy, but our board bcfcforum.co.uk (z4.zetaboards.com/BLUES_FORUM) is still down, and DNS lookup is still failing.
Do I need to update the 123-reg DNS settings ?

Currently these are :

Code:

DNS ENTRY TYPE PRIORITY TTL DESTINATION/TARGET
* A 173.193.157.171
@ A 173.193.157.171
@ MX 10 mx0.123-reg.co.uk.
@ MX 20 mx1.123-reg.co.uk.
@ CNAME z4.zetaboards.com.
www CNAME z4.zetaboards.com.

Cheers,

Hirsty: can you remove the very first 2 A-records you have there?

Thanks. Have done now - I guess now wait for DNS to filter around...

Also, can you change the CNAME records to point to s4.zetaboards.com instead of z4.
