Board Address: http://anicaff.com Board Software: ZetaBoards Description: The ability to resize the board's emoticons via CSS. I don't know what the class is for ZB's emoticons for CSS, hence why I'm requesting this for someone who does know. The reason I'm requesting this is so when I upload big emotes, they'd resize down to whatever pixels I'd want them to be. |

Works perfectly. The only problem is this also resizes all images under the ifrm.com domain. |

That will re-size all emoticons that use a colon. |

A rule like this may be easier and more comprehensive (uses the fact that all images added via the [img] bbcode are given the alt attribute "Posted Image"):You may need to use a max-width and max-height too so that smaller emotes aren't made larger and their resolution compromised. If you use the emotes in other places than posts and signatures then this will need to be adjusted to add them in. Edited by RedBldSandman, Jan 1 2015, 10:03 AM.

I suppose if a jQuery selector is more comprehensive then a CSS selector, then so be it. Though, as long as you have selectors to match the ALT text of all emoticons then it's still doable with CSS. There's a few places I can think of that parse emoticons that your selector wouldn't cover, I'm afraid. |

What I posted is a CSS3 selector, it doesn't require any javascript. |

I would use jQuery instead since it will give you better backwards browser compatibility, but that's just me. |
