Ad Removal; Why doesn't it work?

This is the place for service feedback, right?

It takes several days to apply Ad Removal credits after paypal payment. I've currently been waiting 4 days. I understand it is the holiday season, but my board doesn't take a holiday.

I've use the sales ticket system. I've emailed Brian (he gave me his email address after previous Ad Removal problems). I've asked questions about what I can do on my end to make the process better - no response. I'm trying to give this company my money for a service they offer (Ad Removal), but the service is horrible. Why does it take so long?

I've used the ticket system to try to get help. What else can I do? How long do I have to wait for service I'm paying for?

This happens every time I pay for Ad Removal lately and it is affecting the user experience of my board in a negative way (makes it slower) and it is harming my other advertisers and therefore my business.

The process is automatic, but an update to PayPal in November forced our systems out of sync with theirs, so we're having to process payments manually.

Once the current CloudFlare situation is resolved, this will be dealt with. In the meantime, if you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, bump your ticket.
