I havent really been skinning because i have no ideas for maintitle. Well lately, during my boring classes and study halls, i have been doing some sketches and finally found a good one i like. I have it done, and i love it.

How do i make it glassy and shiny and stuff...right now it is flat.

Use layer masks to get rid of any unwanted spillage out of a border or parts of your image, that way you can recover anything you erased later to exactly the same as it was befor you erased it.
