Hello, I paid for ad removal two days ago and the ads are still appearing on my forum. I've sent two requests to have them removed and they still remain. Would someone please look into this and remove the ads. The last time I did this they were removed immediately, it's strange that after two days they are still there.

I beleive you need to enable it in the Admin CP, and can turn it on for specific groups. Make sure that's the case.

Thanks Quozzo, but on the payment page it says "Details: This payment system is through PayPal. If you would prefer to pay by check or money order please open a support ticket. If your ad removal is not instantly activated, please open a sales ticket and provide the Payment Transaction ID or Receipt ID."

I opened a sales ticket and provided the information because the ads did not go away after payment. I used a credit card via PayPal as I have done previously and the ads are still there as of this posting.

And again. Why does this keep happening every month?

Opened sales ticket yesterday, all info. is there. Even sent an email to Brian with the info. as instructed awhile back and there are now ads on my board because the new credits haven't been posted yet and it didn't happen automatically like it's supposed to. Would someone please fix this.

There's an issue with Paypal's API. Paypal isn't correctly informing the server that "Payment has been received, apply credits now."

Opening a ticket is the best option. In Admin CP, under Support, open a ticket titled Ad Removal Confirmation. Then, paste the email you received from Paypal. It should look like this:

Sorry for the hassle. They're aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
