Description:

Not sure if I'm posting this at the right place, so please don't get mad if I'm not. Anyway, I've installed the Graffiti theme by Danilo and Leonard from here. It's perfect, but I really don't like the font on the posts (literaly,the font you're reading right now), and I was wondering how do I change it in css?

Hi Strummer,

Fortunately this is fairly easy and I hope the creator doesn't get mad if I help you out here :) What you need to look for is these lines here...

They will be in the Theme Appearance of your theme. It's usually the first block of code in there so it won't be hard to fix. The font the posts uses is Arial so perhaps changing that font in the CSS will solve your problem. One thing I will heavily advise is using web safe fonts so everyone is able to view the font you wish to use. If you're interested you can learn how to add new fonts to your site in order to use them instead. If so then Google Adding new fonts with @font-face

I hope this answers your question :)

Note: Even though that is what is controlling the font family of posts, changing it will change the font for just about the entirety of the board since most elements are being inherited from body.

And add (obviously change the font to something you'd prefer ;) )...
Code:

font-family: "Times new Roman";

Web authors should always add at least one generic family in a font-family list, since there's no guarantee that a specific font is installed on the computer or can be downloaded using a @font-face at-rule. The generic family lets the browser select an acceptable fallback font when needed.
