In the future will there ever be a upload signature system? I really hate how you have to link your signature.

You can always use your File Manager in your ACP and upload it to your board then use the URL to host your own signature

I don't think this is needed. The avatars already can eat a lot of storage (mind You it is relatively limited). Allowing people to upload things to their signatures literally might kill the storage limit.

Honestly speaking I would not allow my members to upload random crap to their signatures. If they really want it, they should upload it elsewhere. And I mean it, I already had a user that for no reason was attaching to every of his posts stupid and huge Kingdom Hearts pic.

The reason there isn't an "upload signature" option, like with avatars, and you have to use BBCode for your signature is that signatures are not just images like avatars are. They're sometimes text. Sometimes a combination of both. Sometimes highly stylized and very particular. A broad range of BBCode can be used in signatures and people do a lot in their signature space, whereas avatars are meant to be just an image.
