I purchased Ad Removal more that 24 hours ago. I sent in a support ticket regarding activation more than 24 hours ago. The ticket requested more information which I sent, more than 12 hours ago. I purchased another round of Ad removal just to see if that would activate and I could eliminate the ads. That did not work. I put in a second support ticket. My board still has ads. I have two active support tickets, both with the full receipt of payment information. How can I get a response on this? |

Hi Mikki, I apologize for the delay. Some time ago, Paypal changed a setting in their system. What this did is prevent boards from having ad removal automatically activated. Because of this, our staff have to go through and manually activate each transaction. While we strive to do this quickly, many of our volunteers are away due to summer holiday or summer jobs. Those of us remaining are doing our best to work through the incoming tickets. Because of this, ticket responses can be as long as 48 hours depending on the amount of information needed. In your case, I have activated ad removal for your board and will respond to the ticket shortly. I apologize for the delay. We have been trying to work with Paypal to resolve this issue and are looking at alternative solutions as well. |

We're exploring all options. But the immediate issue is fixing this problem with PayPal. Even with new staff, we have to train them first. Also, for many the summer holiday is nearly over so we'll be back at full strength soon anyway. |

You currently have 221752 ad credits on your board, so I trust this issue is resolved. If it is not, please ensure you have configured the ad removal to your preferences and if you still have problems please reply to your support ticket and we'd be more than happy to assist you there.
