Our forum converted from Invisionfree to Zetaboards on 12/2. Most things are working now, except that the search feature does not find posts that were made on Invisionfree. One of the main reasons we upgraded is to fix the search which was completely broken in Invisionfree. Is there a way we can force those old posts get indexed for search? Or do we have to open up a ticket? Edited by AtomicCEO, Dec 6 2015, 03:46 PM.

Hmm, that's odd. Is there a specific post or topic you're looking for? It looks like the search function is returning results like it normally would. |

It's returning some results, but none for posts made before 12/2 when the upgrade happened. So for example, Here is a post from Oct 2012 that mentions "Aston Martin". Here are the search results for a huge time period including that thread and post date, for the words Aston Martin, and there are no results. If I search for just "Martin", I get results for a handful of posts, but only ones posted since 12/2/2015 when the upgrade was done, not the earlier mention of Aston Martin. So, it appears that the search function is only returning results from posts made after the upgrade, regardless of what dates you set. Is there a way to force it to index the older posts so the search will work for the entire history? Edited by AtomicCEO, Dec 30 2015, 01:54 PM.

This is still happening, and there haven't been any response to the support ticket I opened on 1/3. |
