I can't delete announcements I make on my board ![]() I somehow reach the limit on the amount of announcements I can make. ![]() This is the message that popped up when try to add another one. So I decided to delete a few but, the same message popped up when I click the delete button. I was using a code that allowed me to make announcements in sub forums as well (originally, you can only make announcements in sections). I removed the code because i thought it was the reason why. Unfortunately the same message popped up. So i decided to delete that one sub-forum the announcement was in, hoping that I would be able to fix the problem. The announcement went away but i still wasn't able to create a new announcement, even tho i had deleted one of them when i removed an entire sub-forum through the acp. I want to help you with this... but this is more of a Support issue not a programming issue. I'm sure somebody who knows how ZetaBoards works will answer your question soon.

The max amount of announcements i can make is 20 and the board won't allow you to delete any of them once you reach this limit. this feature can use some tweaking. edit: nvm the forum subscribe feature is working Edited by Harvyy, Jan 14 2016, 04:03 AM.

Yes, i can edit announcements however, i can't delete them. I get the same message (image posted above) every time i click delete. The only way i can remove an announcement is if i move it to a section and delete that section. However, when i do that I won't be able to make another announcement, i'll get the same error message (image posted above) when i try to create a new one. |

I'm having the same problem. I am trying to write a code that will substitute the Announcement system (it will look and work exactly the same) but I am waiting for somebody to answer a question about AJAX. I nearly finished a code that will substitute this system already but it uses an external server and now I have some kind of typo in it somewhere that I have to find and I was getting agrivated with it. I'm sure I'll fix it soon or just stick to the new one that won't use an external server instead. |
