Is there a code I can add to my CSS, or another way, I can prevent visitors and others from right-clicking on my forum pages and copying the text or images?

In reality, no. If you see the content in your browser, so do others and they can take it.

There are javascript's you can add to your site to stop right-clicking, but all a person has to do is turn off javascript in their browser and they have circumvented your block.

So the simple answer is this . . .

. . . if you don't want someone to take it, don't publish it on the internet. Once it's out there then it becomes accessible.

If you still want to attempt to prevent users from right clicking though, you can place the following in the Javascripts section of your AdminCP:

Code:

<script type="text/javascript">
$(document).ready(function() {
$('body').bind("contextmenu", function(event_click) {
event_click.preventDefault();
});
});
</script>
As Skyon Archer mentioned, it is easily bypassed however.

Tru' Dat!

ZB doesn't allow access to the backend so it's not possible to overlay the image with a watermark before displaying it either. Something PHP can do but is rarely used.

I think that the anti-right click codes do deter the casual thief that is just out collecting interesting material. Its generally not worth it to them to disable your right click code, so they don't bother. However, anyone that really wants it will get it.

However, the downside to that little bit of protection is that you annoy people. And that can create bad will with those that have been hanging around your forum and drive them away. So it would be wise to calculate that factor into the decision.
