I heard you weren't suppose to do it till your at least 18 as it's bad for your back and you're back is still developing before you're 18. Though i'm not entirely sure.

If anyone can benchpress a 100+ , then I recommend doing some pro tournaments.

Mine is normally 60 but my highest is 72.

Well, I can do the bar, with 1 45pound weight on each end. And the bar is 45 pounds itself.

so.. 45x3= 135
