This is an interesting case. Supposedly, she has never turn on, used, or bought a computer in her life, yet the RIAA has caught her downloading illegal material?

Something about it just doesn't sound right.

I would side with Marie, but what are your views on this?

I'd tend to agree, if she's never touched a computer, how can she be guilty of downloading illegally?

RIAA can't give a damn if someone hasn't used a computer, to them EVERYONE uses a computer and therefore can be charged with downloading illeaglly even if the person/s in question never have downloaded illeaglly in their life. (RIAA are just a bunch of money-grabbing arseholes who don't give a **** about the general community and only care about themselves.)
