"Vector"???

No offense to you, but I'm really getting tired of people calling work like this "vectors". The only0 shape here that could be mistaken for a vector would be the "trees", but it is most likely not a vector either.
The sun and sky are definitely NOT vectors.
Vectors don't have shading, blurring, or gradients. That's the point.
Vector art consists of creating paths and points to create a shape. Images created in raster-based programs (like Photoshop) should not be mistaken for vectors. Neither should images that have been filtered to resemble vector-based art (ie. Cutout Filter), just for future reference.
The program used (Illustrator, FreeHand, etc.) keeps track of the relationships between these points and paths. Every time the image is scaled, the paths are regenerated: this creates images that are infinitely scalable without degradation.

See, you've learned something new today. :D

Oh. I am sorry... I thought a vector was just when you used paths (i.e pen tool.) Didn't realise it couldn't have grandants or layer styles. :'( Forgive me.

Forgiven :P
So you did use the pen tool? I assume you didn't pen tool the entire sun... :S Well, it would be possible with four points and a curved path... hmm.

Anyways, hope I didn't sound like a jerk in my above post. Just that I'm starting to see a lot of people nowadays, who don't know what vectors really are.
When you do use the Pen Tool in photoshop, you should "Create a Custom Shape" with it, and never rasterize the shape layer. That way you can enlarge it infinitely at any time. Then it would be a legit vector, I suppose. :)

I didn't resaturize anything. :ermm:

I could make it bigger any amount right now, the only differance would be I would have to adjust the brevel...

Any Layer effects that you added would have to be refigured. The Bevel and Gradients would all be different when applied to a larger scaled shape.

Oh well, keep working on it. :)
