Chritmas is on the 7th of January here, and it isn't celebrated like in the west. There are no trees or such. The Christians here just go to church and celecrate Jesus's birthday but I don't know exactly what they do.

Christmas doesn't offend me in the least bit. I am also Christian, so that may explain why. However, if it offends them, then should we not respect their beliefs? No. What should happen is that, we respect them, they respect us. :)

See the thing is, most people forget the true meaning of Christmas. Many just celebrate it, because it is a holiday, and they like receiving gifts. Christmas is not about that, Christmas is about the birth of Jesus Christ. I just wish more people would actually stop and think about the meaning of Christmas, instead of it just being there. :/

Well, it's not that it offends me, but it's just that as a Conservative thirteen year old jew, I feel like all of the other holidays are neglected, if you know what I mean. I feel as if America, England and some other countries have beome somewhat like Israel, but with a Christian theme. I just feel that we shouldn't be neglecting other holidays. I mean, then on the other hand, some people are racist in the world, and that influences some people's oppinion, and so they say people are racist against whatever their religion is, when they're really not. Basically, people have to learn to respect eachother's religion, and not put their decorations out half a year before Christmas, or Hannukah, or Kwanza, just to spite other people, and make it seem like their religion, or holiday is the best. This is what gets me mad. And that most towns do the same thing. They only decorate the town for one holiday.

So in general, to some extent, it does upset me. But not the holiday. Not even Christmas in general. It's the fact that people are putting out decorations for their own holiday to make it seem like their holiday is the best. We all have to learn to respect eachother, and eachothers holidays, and this is not helping, at all.

Important Point: (Edit:) I also forgot to add in the fact a lot of people think that America has become so Christian, and I dont mean to offend anyone by saying this, but now in almost all comercials and movies, the main religion of Christianity. You see movies, literally related to Christianity. Plus, if your not Christian, you literally live around the word Jesus. Now this isn't the point. The point is that I guess some people just live around it so much, that they just hate seeing it, well... More. As for myself, I guess I'm fine with Christmas. As long as the whole holiday spirit doesn't turn all racist, I like it. It brings people together ^_^

Certainly doesn't offend me. Honestly, to me, hearing that someone gets offended by Christmas, because they don't celebrate it, would be like, me getting offended because someone else ate a peanut butter sandwich, even though I don't eat them (different, but, ideally the same concept to me).

Also, since the majority of people celebrate Christmas, it would make since for it to be the one the towns/cities/whatever decorate for. If you don't like the lack of decorations for your own holiday, then travel away for the holidays, because, I'm pretty sure it would be the main holiday somewhere else.

But this is exactly my point, partially. Christmas is everywhere, literally, including the religion of Christianity. It just gets to the point where it gets on people's nerves. Basically, our society has no respect for any other religion. There literally is no place, for other religions. I mean, I'm cool with Christmas and all, but I'm just saying, it can get on your nerves after a while.

If you loved having peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch, but you were forced to have yogurt everyday, would you be upset?

And as for the last part of your post, not necessarily.
