I hate the iPod design and harbor no love for Apple at all.
Sony Walkman 60 GB ftw. :)

It belongs in the Tech forum... :r

I prefer the iPod. Though if you want a good alternative, get the Creative Labs Zen, not the Zune.

Mp3! I have a Zen Nano Plus and it costs less than a Shuffle, it's the same size as one though, it has a screen and a built in radio and track ripping and radio recoding and a built in mic. Hmm, I wonder which is better :|

iPods had the huge battery failure thing, and they are pretty annoying tbh. Their battery dies very easily, and the nanos seem like they'll snap at any minute. I have a Creative MP3 player, and I got it at the exact same price as an iPod, and it holds so much more - 16,000 songs AND 20,000 pictures AND 40 hours of video.

Creative > all.

:D

I never heard of a 100+ GB Creative Labs mp3 player.

Now I probably have no clude what I am saying but this is what just filtered into my thoughts:

An ipod is the type of person that constantly changes the songs, eats, sings and drives at the same time, while a mp3 player trips and falls when they try and take a bite of a sandwhich while walking (my mom is like that).

The iPod is a brand of MP3 player developed by Apple, the creators of the Macintosh. It gets such a hype because it was the first MP3 player to be able to store so much music and manage to still have a reasonable price. There is no difference, really.

exactly. many mp3s after that hold alot more.

See, the thing with iPods is that you can store anything on it. It's like an 80 GB flash drive. Also, you can store full videos and games on it.
