I am just curious to see how this turns out. His approval rating in the US is low, and although not everybody here is from the US, I just want to see how similar this is.

No, I certainly don't agree with his policies. After all, most of them are theisticly based and against the constitution.

It is hard to say that most of them are against the constitution. If they were directly against the constitution, then they wouldn't be allowed to be passed. Please, elaborate on that, because I just can't think of many of them.

I am sure the Patriot Act will be brought up, and I do have to agree that that is too extensive. I belive it is a good idea to have something like that in place, at least at the time it was brought in, but I don't think should be as strong as it is.

Nope. Like MrsSim said, a lot of them are against the Constitution and some of them are just plain stupid.

The main reason that I say yes is becasue of what he had to go through. 9/11 would have been a hard thing to handle regardless of whoever was in office. Sure, some of his ideas/policies etc. have been just plain stupid, but I think he handled it good enough.

One of the examples is the fact that he declared war in Iraq because "God told me to."

That right there is against the constitution, because the constitution mentions the separation of state and church, in which George had went against in that simple sentence fragment.

Although he has gone through a lot, I do not agree with everything he has done. However, I pray for him and the other officials and leaders, as they do go through a lot, every single day. c_;)

I was too young to vote for him when he first ran, but I voted for him the second time around; however, only because Kerry was an ass. All in all, I have liked some of his actions, but I am overall unsatisfied with his performance.
