Icon Tutorial #2.

Learn how to make this into this.

First of all, Grab your Stock and 'Sharpen.' Make a new Layer, set the Blending option to Color Burn, fill it with #eaf4a6 and set the opacity to 48%. Now a fresh new Layer, again with the Blending Option, Color Burn but this time, fill it with #98eae7 and 60% of Opacity. Now a new Layer, Exclusion Blending Option and fill it with #01001e. Again a new layer, fill it with #ea91c8 and set the Blending Option to Color Burn, along with the opacity of 63%. Duplicate that layer, Set the duplicated layer to Soft Light and a Opacity Amount of 22%. Duplicate your base and move it to the top, Set the Blending Option to Soft Light and the Opacity to 14%. Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color.

Reds: +19, -11, +33 and -38. - Absolute.
Yellows: +26, -9, +13 and -33. Absolute.

Now make a new Layer, Image > Apply Image and then set the Blending Option to Soft Light. Along with the opacity of 21%. Now for the final additions, download this brush set - http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/41397794/ and place a preferred one that suits your icon, add some text and add some additional effects if you like. You're done!
