I saw this on Fox News last night; and it's not official, but the law experts both there agreed completely that the station is going to get sued . I couldn’t be more happy than that either because it really is their fault no matter how you look at it. Sure, the woman agreed to do it, but try telling someone you’ll give them a prize for doing something equally as dangerous; I bet you’ll find someone. Also, wouldn’t you think that something would be safe if it was on a TV program or radio station? Either way, none of you knew the woman, so saying “she deserved to die” is ignorant. :/

How is it their fault? They don't know anyone's limits. From what I'm understanding they said if you couldn't take it, don't push yourself. It's like McDonald's getting sued for getting people fat.

I don't think the women would have died for her children for a video game system if she knew what would happen.

Exactly what I was just about to say.

Yeah, I also agree with Vulcan, but still..They should have had some sort of health hazard.

,Jan 15 2007, 05:42 AM] You guys (especially Rezurreckted or however you spell it) are being far too mean about this. Yes, she died for a video game system, but she died for her children. Parents die for their children almost every day, just to see them happy. Sure, this death wasn't "traditional" but does that give you the right to act like people have never died doing dumber things? Didn't think so. The woman is dead, her three children (who must be fairly young- less than 17 would be my guess) have to continue their lives with the loss of a parent, and who knows where the father is. Even if you disagree with her death, she died for her kids. Surely you can sympathize with that.

Look at it this way; Wii's are rare now, after people buying them all. They are still in making, however. Imagine you where given a change to win one? You would go mad! You will take part.

Water intoxication is rare. But, so is Satanism, Death by guillotine, Getting killed by a ladder, death by ghost activity, (catch my drift?).

She was doing something good for her kids. i think people should stop giving her a bad time, saying stuff.

I'm saying, 'water intoxication' isn't the only rare thing in the world.

LMAO! That's hilarious. I agree with Rez though, it's just plain idiotic.

PS: Don't say I'm heartless, I'm merely stating it's pretty dumb to drink yourself to death (with water which makes it funny) for a videogame system, for your kids or otherwise.

Excuse me? Is this a lesson is spelling coming from a person WHO TYPES IN ALL CAPS and uses a number 2 instead of the word "to"? How clever of you, or should I say, how clever of "u", just to suit your purpose. Don't be stupid.

Doing what he did isn't idiocy, it's hypocrisy, which is generally associated to idiocy.

Also he didn't spell anything wrong (from what I can tell) so that's double hypocrisy.
