First of all, this is a work PC and it's the only thing I have to work with, so please don't suggest another program, thanks. In regards to Access, is there a way to make the database look more like a user friendly program instead of a spreadsheet type of software ? |

Forms and Reports, look around for some tutorials and you should be able to find what you're looking for. There's lots of options though... |

Well I thought VisualBasic skills would help, I was wrong. The commands to use database with a form takes too much learning. I guess I will just stick with the spreadsheet layout. |

If you're making a basic form you can just go through the 'design wizard' and it'll make you a plain-form with all your fields on it. |

If you don't want to bother adding buttons, all you'd need to do is fill in the form and press the forward arrow at the bottom of the window, you don't need to save after each new entry or anything... |
