I'm kind of having a serious writer's block so I was wondering if anyone knew of any programs (preferably free, if possible) that can be used to plan stories more effectively. If the above is not possibly perhaps even a guide you may know of.

It's brand spankin' new, it's called a pen and pad. Or if you're oldschool Tablet's of stone and a chisel.

Its not free but if your computer has one note installed then try that. I use it to write the reviews here.
