What software?

I'm not interested, because I'm the slowest skinner ever, but the software would help. :P

You won't get a 'pro' skinner for $10-$40, raise your budget to $200-$400 and you'll get a half-decent skinner.

You might also consider waiting until ZetaBoards comes out. There will still probably be a skin convertor, but it won't be perfect.

Thats quite a silly amount, TIML is an experianced skinner, his old skins he was selling (which i can never find anymore) were $30 max if i remember correctly.

For a pro skinner you would expect to pay a minimum of the price Oblivion said.
