It seems the system you want does not exist. This is where it's good to know PHP, basic MySQL, XHTML, and CSS.

Once you learn those 4, you can pretty much do anything you want to do in site management.

Comments, galleries, rating systems, all quite simple in PHP, after you learn it.

Is there a way, I can get a photo gallery like this, but with a comment system? http://oskaarchitects.com/Projects/101/Chicken-Point-Cabin#

Not without a rather ridiculous amount of ajax.

Stay simple when you're learning.

You have to crawl before you can walk before you can run before you can fly.

I just wanted to point out I walked before I ever crawled, because I was a stupid baby and didn't understand walking.

And just so this isn't really spam, I personally think it sounds a lot like what Astheria is saying sounds fairly simple (not sure though), and you should just try to do that. Start it small as suggested, then as you learn to do other things, expand and make it better.

@Websurfer, thanks alot for the video tutorials. I am so excited. But at the momonet, I don't really have time to learn PHP. Well, I will find other ways to install what I am trying to do. But probably next week, I am going to start learning PHP.

How did you find the video? I want to learn other languages so...

All I did was Google for "php video tutorials". Each of those results are on the first page. =)

Google is your friend.
