Just because it isn't main-land Europe doesn't mean that it isn't in Europe. ![]() England is part of the United Kingdom, and the United Kingdom is part of Europe. Madagascar, an island of the south-east coast of Africa, isn't part of main-land Africa, but it is still part of Africa. Another example, Iceland, an island North-West of Europe, isn't part of main-land Europe, but it is still part of Europe. The same applies to England, Wales, Scotland, N.Ireland and Eire (Ireland), none of them are part of main-land Europe, but they are still part of Europe. |
