Not really, although some guys jumped my friends brother. So we searched for them all night, and we couldnt find them, so put a brick through one of their car windows.

Lol. Well done. :D

Babylon: He is 11 if you had read the first line of my topic.

Can't you physically keep him in the house? Bribe him with sweets or something?

He isn't 5 you know. :ermm:

It would have worked with a 5 year old but not with a stubborn little boy like my brother. He would want £10/$20 or something. :/

Yeah - Guess so. You could take away his Playstation or whatever.

Hmm, I suppose that could work.

Yes...violence solves everything.

Hmm when I was 7 this 5 year old down the road came down to where we were playing with our bikes with an air rifle gun. What do you do? Call a parent who then phones the police...then 13 years down the road he's got a criminal record and a child out in the world.

Did we use violence? No. Was I scared? Oddly...no...no idea why since he had a gun

After reading that I got the strong impression that he decided to throw a rock through a window and then blamed it on his friend. Unless he actually knows someone sketchy like that.

Me and my friend broke a window, we both were halfway through a story similar to this, but then we decided that it was the worst excuse ever and just owned up to it.

Shouldn't that kid be brought to some mental health clinic for carrying around a knife? Ten year olds should be playing tag, not gang fight.

Lol, loads of people had knives at my primary school.

And I'm sorry, but I wouldn't believe a word of what your brother says about being threatened into breaking the window if he was the one who told you what happened. He's already shown himself to be dishonest and looking at that story, that's an extremely unlikely scenario. I think it's far more likely he's either looking for someone to share the blame or even take it completely.

When I was nine, this loser family from behind us was putting a fence up in our yard, three feet into it. So the next day the dad knocks on our door and my mother answers. He tells her that us kids took out the stake and hid it, and she asked if he had proof. He said no and demanded he see me, my brother, and our friends. She told him to get off the property or she is calling the cops.

It ended up being illegal for him to make a fence there, and they moved. =]

Thats exactly what I was thinking. :ermm:

The trouble is, if his parents are like mine, physically restraining him would start a fight and get .Sergio in trouble.

My brother doesn't have many friends or a reason to go outside so that doesn't happen...at all.

I've never had an incident like that though. :)

No, nor I or any of my siblings have ever done anything quite that bad. The worst I have done most likely is bust out a vacant window with a B.B. gun. Mostly because I was raised smarter, and would fear of what might happen if I'd do such an act.

Exactly, My mother would have had a go at me even if I had restrained him. :ermm:
