Alright, I need someone to look at my Screenshot and tell me what the problem is. Or should I Just change the A:link and a:hover just for the heck of it?

Change the a:hover to a darker colour for it to show up when you hover over it ;)

Find where it says maintitle a:hover in your CSS, and change it to this:
Code:

.maintitle a:hover { text-decoration:underline; color: #000; }
