Turbo SP, the name of the fourth child is "Mark."

I just can't seem to figure out the second riddle. Is the building actually a building, like a hotel building?

@ the hotel one: The man is a midget and can't reach all the way up to hit the button for the top floor.

Edit: I forgot about the rain.

He has an umbrella when it's raining. He uses it to push the button.

The reason he can only travel half-way unless it's raining is because it's a water powered lift and to go all the way down is gravity so it doesn't need water but I really don't know what I'm talking about.

Also Epsilekt I just realised you have a Tenacious D poster in the background...respect.

Holy **** dude, great eye. o_O And that midget answer was far out, it's probably right, but how are you suppose to think of an answer like that?

Actually, the midget answer is correct. He uses the umbrella to get to the top when it's raining.

I still don't remember the one I was going to say but I have remembered another one.

Mark's mother had 4 children. The oldest was a girl named April, the second oldest was a girl named May, and the third oldest was a girl named June. What was the name of the 4th child?

EDIT: I remembered the one I wanted to say! Here it is:

There is a man that lives on the top floor of a very tall building. Everyday he takes the elevator down to the ground floor to leave the building to go to work. But upon returning from work though, he can only travel halfway up in the elevator and has to walk the rest of the way, unless it's raining. Why?

The name of the 4th child was Mark, of coarse.

and because he's a midget. I don't know why for if it's raining, when I heard it before it's supposed to be unless there's someone else in the elevator, but what ever.

Joe was playing at the bottom of a hill, and spotted 4 kids playing on the top of a hill with some stray barn animals. He ran up to the top of the hill as fast as his legs could carry him, when arriving, he arrived, there were only 3 children. Nobody left the hill, or died, or anything of the sort. What happened to the 4th kid?

The version with another person in the elevator would actually be easier to figure out than the umbrella version.

Couldn't he just take it everyday, even when its not raining? XD

You're stuck in a room, there are no windows, no doors and the walls and ceilings are solid. There is a wooden table in the middle. You are given a wooden saw that would not be able to cut through the hard metal walls/ceiling. How do you get out?

Cut the table in half with the saw. Two halves make a whole, escape through the hole.

The definition of a room is a six sided area, meaning, there is indeed a floor.
