Ok, well what I heard was that vegitarianism is healthyer than eating meat, but i also herd it is is very unhealthy because it makes you weaker and makes your bones and genital areas softer. What is true? |

Depends, most vegetarians do lose weight and become weaker because they don't get the protein needed from meat, but ideally a vegetarian will get enough protein supplements to stay healthy but most of the vegetarians I've met don't appear to have done that, and look skinny as ****. |

I heard that out of all those super eco-friendly lifestyles, octo vegetarianism is the best and the healthiest one because you end up using things that come from animals, such as milk, cheese, eggs, etc. Therefore, they compensate for things they can't get in vegetables alone with that. |

Not eating meat is bad but as long as you compensate for the vitamines and such you miss from the meat you'd be alright. |

My sister turned vegitarian, she tries her hardest to get protein into her diet I believe. |

I don't know. If they want to eat like that it's their own business, but I don't want people shouting "EWW BURGER!" while I'm trying to eat or call me a murderer for having chicken. Some people would like to claim that it's wrong to eat meat because of the animals..but what about the vegetables? Aren't they eating all of the nutrients the animals (who aren't carnivores) need to survive? |

It's completely and entirely healthy. Taking protein supplements can be much healthier than eating meat. |

Just eat beans. They have protein. My friend is a vegetarian and she is healthy. |
