I'm not much of a fan of him but he hit 756 and broke the record a few seconds ago.

I'm glad it's over. I'm so tired of ESPN talking about every single night.
Congrats to him!

Well, you're going to hear a lot more discussion about it for a few more weeks.

I wonder how the pitcher feels. I mean no one wants to be the pitcher who Barry Bonds hit 756 off of. But he'll have to deal with it.

Personally I think A-Rod will outhit Bonds.

I found out, when I was about to go to the bathroom, but when I saw the breaking news while I looked on to my older brother's room, I was stunned, fell down to my knees, and I had a WTF kinda face, then I congratulated him.

I was so excited when I saw it... It was amazing. It was really cool to see Hank Aaron up on the screen too.

Now, how many more will hit?

Well. I think it's pretty obvious that this will be his last season. I don't think he'll hit many more.

From what I've heard (ESPN), he wants to play next year.
I think the Hank Aaron on the big screen was a kept secret to surprise Bonds and everyone. But regards about what everyone said about the steriod/hgh, he beat the record and he is the homerun king.

Yeah, the word is that he'll play next year, but not for SF. It'd be a shame not to see him retire with the Giants, though.

Lol did you hear about the guy that caught A-Rods' 500 HR ball? He kept it because they couldn't make a deal. Guessed he asked for a million or something.

As for the Bonds ball, I'd keep it and sell it on Ebay. Lawl.

I'd sell it just because if I kept it, I'd be afraid it'd get stolen

I think it would have been cooler if he retired when he tied the record. But hey, he's a goof that's too good for the home run durby, and somehow went from smally person to huge in a short time, I wonder how that happened.

Oh well, good for him. :P

ESPN talked about it all through Sportscenter, its not gonna stop till after 6 months when baseball's over. A-Rod will break it, and thats final.

I watched the game and actually screamed at my TV when it happened. Only time I've done it watching Baseball.
