Heh, symphonic/gothic metal bands rarely employ "screaming", mostly it's clean vocals (often female). Just because a band calls itself metal doesn't mean that all they do is scream and make loud noises with their instruments (although the more mainstream "metal" bands do do that, so it's a common misconception). :P

As for recommendations on the symphonic side, if you haven't gotten Rhapsody of Fire you are missing out (in my opinion), although it's quite a bit different than Angtoria. Also, if you like Wintersun, you should try the bands Equilibrium and Ensiferum. I can't really make any suggestions for Gothic metal except Lunatica and Tristania, which are both relatively popular bands. :)

Those are the ones I like the most. Within Temptation, After Forever, Nightwish, and Theater of Tragedy.

Thrashing and bashing? lol.. Its nothing like it.. i love them bands.. never been a fan of nightwish tho..

is there any bands simlar to dragonforce?

Try Balflare, they're the closest I can think of. But if you want to try more power metal, there's always Sonata Arctica, Stratovarius, Kamelot, Rhapsody, Hammerfall and Angra...
