I was once staring into a mirror and staring into my own eyes and face and stuff and suddenly it felt like my reflection was real. The gaze just shot through me like a gun and I ran under the bed to hide. It was frightening and bizarre. Has anyone else had a strange experience as this?

No, but once I was with my parents and for a bit of time felt like I didn't know who they were at all. It was really scary.

I bet it's like some sort of out-of-body experience, sometimes I get that when I stare at my arms and hands and feet and legs and stuff and it just looks like a picture.

I felt the same way, but I didn't run under the bed to hide from myself. :D

When walking into an open house one day I felt a strong force of fear for no apparent reason.

I've also had that a few times. I'm just sitting there and suddenly feel a sense of horror for no reason at all. It only lasts a split-second, though.

yay! Psychic topic!

GJ on that, I think you just switched your mental/spiritual/psychic point of view while keeping your physical one the same.

That happened to me once when I was around 7 in a theme park. Freaked me out.

As for the mirror thing, it happened to me once, I didn't realize really who I was and I thought my reflection wasn't another me, but another person and me and my reflection were different people (I'm probably explaining this in a really bad way) and I tried to talk to myself but I wouldn't reply.

I have never experienced something like that, but I have felt suddenly sad at times. I was just lying on my bed, and a second later, I felt like crying. I didn't know why. :/

Yeah, but it was too real for me, so I went back to pot again after that.
