I'm also really glad he helped Micah!
Yeah, that surprised me. I am still hoping for Sylar to end up a Hero!
I really liked the direction the story took with Sylar last season, but of course the writers had to do away with Sylar becoming heroic. I agree with you, it made him ten times more interesting.

I can't really see him becoming heroic but I'll bet they'll make him sacrifice himself or his powers to end the threat (in a future season).

I would love it if Sylar became a hero and a new possibly even more powerful villain surfaced next season. Angela's sister, perhaps.

Didn't he say that he couldn't be killed at all since taking Claire's power? That part was confusing...

Finale was decent; Too bad they didn't show the fight of Peter & Nathan vs. Sylar :(

They should kill Sylar before his brain cells heal and he remembers.

Also who do you think the drowning person was at the end, Barbara or Tracy?

This finale killed the show for me.

-If you're going to kill the character who kept the show alive (Sylar), atleast put him to end so we know he's DEAD.
-The way they killed and brought Nathan back was stupid. Did Noah forget that it was Claire's blood that brought him back to life? Why not put her to good use after a whole Season of *****ing?
-Since when did Matt learn how to transfer memories from being to being? (Plot hole).
-Tracy coming back. I'm so sick of Ali Carter. She can't act. (I wish we still had Elle :[ )
-So Nathan is in Sylars body. Could he be Nathan for more than five minutes before hinting that Sylar may return? ARGHHH.
-The thing that pissed me off the most was that the episode had potential. When Nathan and Peter went in to kill Sylar that could have been thee most EPIC battle that we've seen in Heroes so far, but nope!

R.I.P. Zachary Quinto. Even though you were awesome on the show, PLEASE DON'T COME BACK.

Little overcritical, I think.

They're not going to actually kill Sylar. In no way is there a chance they'll ever truly end Sylar and the hint at the end was just foreshadowing the possible struggle for Sylar to regain his identity. As soon as Matt started to wipe his memory, I knew it wouldn't hold forever.

Oh, and her name is Ali Larter. It's probably not Tracy as Tracy was ice, not water. Barbara would be a better fit however either one isn't much of a stretch.

I have a few responses to your opinions. :glare: :P

-Sylar is not dead. Nathan is. I don't care if they want us to believe Nathan is back, he's not. His memories are but he's Sylar, there's no changing that. He will remember who he is eventually (healing, like you said in one of your complaints), and then they're going to have to deal with Nathan "dying" all over again.
- Matt is really the only person we saw growth from at all during this whole show, power wise. It's been announced and clear that his power has gotten stronger, so we assume that he's had the ability for a while. We're also to assume that Micah's power got stronger which is why he's been able to become Rebel and not get caught so easily.
- I thought it was Tracy but then the posts here made me believe that it would be Barbra, but what I don't get is why Barbra would randomly show up and drown (again, what I assume) the people who murdered/trapped Tracy.

The episode totally had potential, but it just kind of sucked. The good thing is that all of this makes for a great season next season because hopefully we'll get more with Angela's sister, and some info on Rebel.

I liked the episode (hard to do better than what happened on Chuck tonight though), but it was a bit of a let down.
-I was really disappointed because before last week's show they said "All the Heroes come together..." and that didn't even happen this week. Most notably, the whole Rebel story just faded away.
-I'm not at all surprised by Tracy coming back and I do believe that it's Tracy. I really don't think that they would bring in the third triplet on some bullshit power like turning into water when Tracy could control ice (frozen water). It just seems redundant. And @ D.B. it's Ali Larter. Sorry, I had to.
-There's no way 'Nathan' will stay Nathan for long, nor will it take long for people (Claire and Peter specifically) to realize it's not him.
-When it comes to Matt Parkman giving Sylar Nathan's memories, it's really not that hard to see. If he can implement anything he wants, why not make it actual facts.
-I'm pretty disappointed with Claire and Peter's storylines this year too. They both didn't really do anything and really made no progress character-wise.
-Hiro better get his shit together, because him and Ando have to become a duo. If anything should be it's destiny, that should.
-Suresh just doesn't seem to matter anymore. Nobody cares about the genetics of this crap anymore and I don't really see any real story they could focus on unless he's one of the people that help people deal with their stuff.
-And I really think they need to come up with something better than 'The Company'. You can't have a government sanctioned, run and funded division called The Company.

Overall, I'm actually pretty indifferent about the whole thing. At least we know for sure that there's going to be another season in the fall to clear this all up. As sad as it is for me to say this, as I've been a fan since S1E1, if next season doesn't get better, this show won't continue.

:S The Finale wasn't as bad as what some of you are saying. It just could've been better.

I think the main thing the show must work on is action. With all these powers, there still has been no epic battle scenes. The finale of season 1 was close but the action was poorly done :S.

I totally agree. This show is all about people with extraordinary abilities, yet we haven't really seen anyone fight with them (which is exactly what people would do). Hiro is the only person who actually used his power more than a few times, and now, it seems, he can't really even do that anymore.

I was surprised Nathan was able to be killed. He once received a transfusion of Claire's blood and even if that angle doesn't work then why didn't they think to give him another transfusion to heal him once again?

We haven't seen the end of Sylar, he's one of the best characters on the show. I thought they explained why the knife to the back of the head didn't kill him well. Pretty clever of him to move the "kill spot." :P

I think that was Tracy we saw at the end. Because I agree with Tariq, only Tracy would have an interest in killing former Building 26 agents. Maybe after her frozen body was broken into pieces, those pieces melted and manifested a new type of power in the form of water.

Now that Peter has all of Sylar's current abilities it'll be interesting to see what happens with his character. Also he can't touch anyone else now or he loses it all?

I understand some of you are disappointed, I am a little too, but I'll still watch the show next season. It's one of the more interesting shows on television right now.

Micah could have tracked down Barbara to avenge Tracy, (it never really said when in the next season that will take place).

Good question about Peter, I'm curious to find out.

Peter doesn't have all of Sylar's powers. He only has the one where he can shape shift, which is definitely gonna an interesting one to see how he uses.
