I would have been happy (VFX-wise) if they showed Peter & Nathan fighting Sylar, but I guess not.
That finale was disappointing, I hope Season 4 shows improvements.

Also he can't touch anyone else now or he loses it all?
Nah, I think he takes powers only if her wants to.

So a new season of Heroes has begun. See my comments in the spoiler:
Spoiler: click to toggle Tracy is still alive, as several of us predicted. Matt's story was interesting in that he's treating his power as an addiction. I'm a bit tired of his being so insecure though. He just got back together with his wife, does he really think she could be interested in the water delivery boy? In Claire's story, I find it difficult to believe that her dorm room wasn't locked and that girl Gretchen could just waltz in her room whenever she wants. Also, how did she know about the roommate's trajectory? I don't trust Gretchen. When is Claire going to stop doing stupid stuff like flinging herself out of windows? Should be interesting to see if the romance between Ando and Hiro's sister has any future impacts. Not sure what to make of the circus crowd. That one actor was on Prison Break as T Bag and it's odd seeing him on the show.

Should be interesting to see if the romance between Ando and Hiro's sister has any future impacts. Not sure what to make of the circus crowd. That one actor was on Prison Break as T Bag and it's odd seeing him on the show. Ahh! I missed the first twenty minutes but here's what I got out of the rest:
Spoiler: click to toggle It seems like Tracy's character is invincible, and I don't like that. "The water thing kicked in by instinct!" Does that mean that she can't get cut? I'm waiting for a hero with some fire ability to ruin her party! I like her, but no one can be invincible other than Sylar/Peter! Haha. Matt Parkman needs to man up and stop dealing with his stupid insecurities, and it's weird that he's seeing Sylar like that. It was a completely stupid idea for them to try to "get Nathan back" by putting him in Sylar's body. He's going to realize who he is and everyone is going to have to deal with losing Nathan allll over again.
As for Claire's story, Leda, it looked like Gretchen had moved in with Claire after her roommate died. It's sooo not a suicide though, I mean, the whole not seeing the note thing implies that it was a murder. And if they're just going to end that mystery like that then it's stupid! I kind of trust Gretchen but Claire is just being reckless again, but it's fun seeing herself get healed!
And as for Hiro, I'm sure that that is going to have a huge impact on his life, somehow. I absolutely cannot stand Ando. He's a blubbering idiot who's just jealous and he deserves to get killed off for all the times he's gotten Hiro in trouble/given him bad ideas. Ando needs to become a villain and shut it so that we can see him perish! Haha.

Robert Knepper (T-Bag) is awesome, I have a feeling that he will be the go to guy for movie and TV villains for a while, he is just so creepy its awesome.

random thoughts Yeah, I don't believe Gretchen can just walk into any old dorm room when she feels like it. Also, was terribly stupid for Claire to fall out of a window when she claims all she wants is to be normal. How in the world was that supposed to be secretive?
I also don't believe Ando and Kim can be together without severely changing the past. She would have to know about their powers and I don't think Ando could have done the same adventures when he's tied so closely to Kim.
Matt Parkman is also boring.
I'm also confused. How does Peter have speed ability? Last I checked he had shapeshifting though he did touch Sylar last.
Sylar was the best, in any case.

Spoiler: click to toggle Peter took Mohinder's powers (though it didn't show it) he said "thank you Dr. Suresh" when he was talking about his powers. And then he took The fast carny's powers in the bank.

Spoiler: click to toggle It seems like Parkman has an evil future, and that looks like it's going to be ****ing awesome. He might seem boring now, but I think they've got big things in store for him.

Spoiler: click to toggle I agree, Matt needs to get a grip. On the other hand, if the writers do turn him into a bit of a baddie then that will create some interesting scenes.
The fight scene with Peter and the knife-villain was a bit over-the-top. After a few swoops here and there, it just kept repeating. What ever happened to composition? At least change the camera angle every few seconds, these types of scenes should get us hooked again, not bore us.
The Hiro + Ando journey can be funny at times, but these guys barely do much apart from nag at each other about small things. Still, if Hiro's illness is Kring's way of introducing a much more skilled time traveller, I'm up for that storyline.
Claire's story is alright, though without Peter or some other hero by her side, it's fairly predictable.
The one thing I loved was Sylar's parts during these episodes. His intuitive character is endless, he can be rotting in someone's body/brain and still twist their world around.

I just finished the first two episodes and I thought it was actually pretty interesting. It's nice to see that they're trying to get things moving pretty quickly this season. Hopefully they just keep the action going now. I know it's supposed to be a drama, but we've had 3 seasons of drama, let's embrace the action a little more. My thoughts below:
Spoiler: click to toggle Peter is looking a lot like Spiderman, but getting a little creepy with the whole "saving lives' thing. Of course it's Tracy and the water theories were right all along. It will definitely be interesting to see if they bring in the third triplet and what she can do. We all knew this Nathan/Sylar business was going to come back to bite them, but maybe Sylar is the one who is feeling remorse and wants to be a better man. After all, we did see him with a baby in Peter's future that one time. It's sad to see Parkman going crazy. This crazy Sylar business is kind of contradicting my Nathan/Sylar statement. Maybe Parkman just becomes Sylar or something. I really hope not though because I like Parkman better than Nathan. I'm a little surprised that it took them four seasons to bring carnies into the picture. And of course Claire is going to reveal herself in the first damn episode. I have a bad feeling about her new roommate. I just hope the story is more interesting than her last two failed love interests...

Missed the first half hour or so. I did enjoy the premiere though.
Spoiler: click to toggle I did have a feeling the water-woman was Tracy Strauss, and I like the evolution of her power and it took what I found was a power that was sort of "meh" and made it something strong and awesome. She's now the most powerful. Yay!
Matt Parkman doesn't have a lot of class. He's supposed to be able to influence /control others but can't control himself first. I'm seeing a big problem here that could jeopardize his relationships again. He wants to go without using his powers but I sort of find that stupid. TBH, and imo, if you have a power and it'll make helping others / booking criminals easier, I say go for it and stop being a sissy about it.
Sylar is awesome, devious, and the perfect villain.
I don't trust that other girl's name, what's her face. Claire was sort of stupid to go flinging herself out the window as if someone wouldn't see her.

This week's episode was eh...
Spoiler: click to toggle With the exception of Sylar, the entire Matt Parkman story doesn't interest me at all. The new carnie character is shaping up to be an interesting story. He leveled an entire house? How did he do that with ink? And now Peter has an ink compass embedded in his arm. I still don't understand how Peter's power works. Last we saw, he took on the speedy knives guy's power. Since he shook hands with the carnie, does he now have that guy's power? Or does Peter only take on a power if he knows about it? Still missing the days when he absorbed every power. Claire's story is boring me also. It's just a rehash. Claire does something stupid. Claire gets seen. Claire spills the beans to said person who saw. Claire's dad threatens to have said person's memory erased. *Yawn*

Spoiler: click to toggle I too missed the first half of the episode because they had to change the damned time for that stupid Trauma show, which blew btw. I'm loving the new character with the ink-thing type power thing. What was the deal with that woman playing music at the end though? As much as I loved that, I couldn't understand what it was for exactly. The Parkman story doesn't bother me much, I'm interested enough to keep watching that. Should be good watching his life derail...once again lol. And like Leda, I also miss the days when Peter could absorb every power. Finally, Claire's story is pissing me off and is boring. There's obviously more to that new girl friend of hers than meets the eye, and it could *possibly* turn into something good, but who knows. Maybe it'll turn into a love story.
