How did I guess there'd be some discussion about P2P networks in this thread? And how did I guess at least one person would just go ahead and shout "ITUNES!" when it's clearly nothing like what the OP asked for? Eh, I dunno...I came in hoping I was wrong though...god damn idiots.

I actually dont have a reading disorder and I did read the rest of the topic, so bear with me, Luky.

Limewire is definitely the best way, and you'd have to be an idiot to get a virus from it; if you're downloading a movie, don't download the one that has a file extension of EXE and a file size of 13kb. ;)

Yeah, never gotten a virus from it or anything. But it's real easy to turn exotichorsepornsounds.mp3 into Stairway to Heaven.mp3 :o I'm looking for quality here :o

Doesn't everyone just love meltdown's charming sense of humor? :hmm:

Luky, your asking for the impossible. Unlimited and multiple downloads, probably 192kbps+, for one flat monthly price. It's unrealistic. You really only have two choices. Legal - yes its legal but does that mean you shouldn't be able to copy it what 3times+? Or you can't bring it to another computer. The best way is to do it illegally, but as previously stated, do it smart. Because when you do it illegaly, you have what you want: Unlimited/multiple downloads, possible 192kbps+ [thats what private trackers are for :D], minus the price. 'Nuff said.

Er, yes? He made the best ******* post in the entire thread. Mind you, not that it seems hard to beat with the limewire cheerleading squad claiming illegality to be the best way forward.

It's why you download the songs at the top of the list, or just use common sense? Use it sometimes, it seems to help me.

okay, I know this makes no sense to anyone, hell, it barely makes sense to me. Just drop any idea you had and read what I said. I want to try a music site, maybe not a permanent thing, just to try.

if I see one more person suggest a p2p network, I will rip their brain out and eat it, it shouldn't be very filling because I'm guessing the people who suggested these arn't very bright

I'm okay with a pay per month of music usage thing I guess, so if there's anymore of them worth suggesting, drop a post. Any reviews on Napster or rhapsody?

Move to Canada where your "illegal" downloads are actually legal.

I used to use Napster when it was free, and it was pretty good... and it's well known, so I'd go for it.

nah, as of recently I don't think it's legal anymore, it sucks :[

I'm pretty sure a few years ago it was legal though, so long as you wern't profiting from it.
