Ok well, im buggered, basically my dads in a band and i went into a over 18's xmas gig with them as a sound engineer and they even served me btw im 16 and basically there was this beautiful girl there, problly like 18,19 and well i started a conversation with her and we was talking and i got her number (i do look alot older btw) but she was amazing had such a pretty face and smile perfect eyes and hair. ( Everyone would of seen this type of person in there life) even if they are different everyone thinks they saw the person for them but well she went off to dance and i didnt see her for the rest of the night and helping my dad pack up at the end i seen her leave the door and she looked back and caught my eye and smiled but then she left and i havnt been able to think about nothing else. But i dont know if i should ring her or not. I mean she was stunning and there was just... me + what would happen if i did and she new i was 16 would she still be interested? .. i doubt it. HELP ME!!

Call her and wait for the oprotunity to tell her, don't make it blunt like "Hey <insert name>, yeah I'm 16, still wanna go out?", do it discretly, get her to talk about her age first, then mention yours. Like, for example, ask her when her brithday is. When she answers pop your age in after you say yours, like 'August 67th, yeah, I'm gonna be 17 then". I'm sure if you two really connected then she wont mind you being a little younger than her.

If you lie to her and then she find out, she'll be even more mad then she would be if you just told her now.

It couldn't hurt to try. People respect you a lot more if you tell them the straight up truth. And plus, what is the worst that could happen? You call her, and tell, and she doesn't accept you. You never see eachother again, and you just move on. I say call her. ;)

Not to mention asking the forum already means you're unsure. Don't be unsure, ladies like confidence. But not young stupid confidence.

Call her. So what if you're two years younger. A bunch of people in my school are dating with an age difference, and it's really natural when you think of your parents. Mine are about 3 years apart. It's not a big deal.
I say go for it! Call her, spend some time with her, and hope for the best ;)

haha well that sucks.

It actually reminds of my parents' story. My mom is a year and a half older, but my dad looks older than he is. They met just before my dad turned 18 out dancing somewhere, and my dad told her that he was 19. A week later he had asked her to be his girlfriend and told her he lied about his age. My mom was scared because she thought he was going to say he was like 24 or something... but he ended up being younger than he said he was. She was still crazy enough to stick around with him, but I can't complain, I wouldn't be here otherwise! They've been married almost 17 years now.
