Oilers fan.  Only 3 points out of playoff spot now. :P

Totally unrealistic chance to make it, but it's amazing how far we've bounced back after being last in the league earlier in the season.

I'm not an Oiler fan but its not realistic at all. If it wasn't for that second last game last year against Nashville, Colorado would have beat Calgary for the eight playoff spot. Its not impossible for the Oilers

They announced it in the Saddledome that Colorado lost, and after that Calgary basically quit playing which is the main reason Edmonton won. Also realize that if the playoffs were on the line, Calgary would have played a lot harder (Colorado too, though) in their final game, so nothings a given.

Even if we go 6-0-0, Colorado has to go 4-1-1 (including a loss to us, which actually isn't that bad) or worse for us to clinch. You're right, it's by no means impossible, but I'm not getting my hopes up too much. :P
