To be honest, no. The font choice, and more importantly the shade of orange dosen't suit the dark tone of the image, and the edges of the image you've used are very choppy, I would suggest you practice blending. The background is also very basic, and quite dull, as it's just a cloud filter. Try using brushes and other filters to make the background more appealing.

Also, a border wouldn't go amiss either. But, keep practicing. :)

While using a filter background isn't always bad, I'm not saying it's good either. If you are going to use a filtered background, there needs to be more effects added to it. Personally, I believe Steve is one of the people who is better with that sort of thing. I've seen requests where his background is a mixture of a clouds render and either some sort of grunge or abstract. The cloud render just doesn't look too good plain.

I agree with Steve about the orange. It's basically unnecessary, and it makes the text very unreadable. As for the image, try blending. I'm not going to say don't use the original image color, but on a fairly grayscale signature like this, making the image grayscale may work nice. That will help with some blending, too.

However, keep trying, and you'll improve! :D

Alot better than my first signature.

Try to read some tutorials to get some basic help on making a signature.
