I think you'll find it to be much smoother and easier to look at.

I like the name, it desribes it well, and good work, I like the colors, the gloss is just right, and it is very fluid.

I personally think the shade of blue you've used is quite dull, and the grey is a bit dull too, so I would suggest using more vibrant colours. The navigation bar under the banner is also too thick, and the font you've used for the links doesn't go particularly well with the other fonts you've used within the template. The body text needs some form of justification too, because it looks a bit of a mess, I would strongly suggest removing the left indent at the start of each paragraph.

The gloss on the sub heading doesn't work either, because there is not much of gradient being used. The copyright at the bottom also looks very out place.

Keep practicing though. :)
