I've been playing around with the pen tool and managed to create my first folder markers (whatever you would like to call them).

You used the same gradient over and over again. They feel a bit square to me as well. They're not the best folders I've ever seen but certainly not the worst. :)

I agree. It looks a bit more like a book rather than a folder too, I would suggest making the paper look more like it can be removed from the folder.

They're also a bit too saturated, but aside from that, not bad at all. Keep practicing. :)

It actually was supposed to look like a book, they're actually supposed to be markers but I suppose I didn't state it clearly enough.

However, thank you for the comments, I'll keep them in mind. ^_^
