On April 7th over a month ago I asked for my database through a ticket. Through replies I was told the price for the data, and paid via paypal and gave my transaction ID. How long does it take to get it back? I've sent a couple messages asking but nothing. It feels like I just paid, they took my money, and that's it? If so that's not cool. If someone knows the admins, or whatever please tell them to shed some light because this is taking over a month and I've paid with no results given that being my database. Thanks for the reading the rant I guess, hopefully I get what I paid for. |

There can sometimes be delays in preparing the database for transfer, but you will not be forgotten. Could you post your ticket number please so that we can follow up for you? You can also bump it again. |

I've bumped it twice already. Where would I find the ticket #? I bet, I appreciate the hard work from you guys just don't want to be forgotten since I already paid for the transfer. |

When you open your ticket in your AdminCP, the Ticket ID number will be in the upper left. |

7007884? I don't see the upper left number. I pulled this from the "id=" field when you hover over the ticket link to enter it. Is that the right ticket? Thanks for the help. |
