We're aware of an outage that is affecting users on s4, s7, s11, and s15 and our developer is working to resolve the issue.

More information will be posted as it becomes available.

There is an issue with one of the disks on the server that powers s4, s7, s11, and s15. We have reached out to the datacenter for them to fix the issue.
I will post further updates when I have additional information.

Thank you for your patience.
The drive has been repaired and all services are fully restored. No data loss occurred.

We will be investigating further to see what measures need to be made to prevent a similar problem from occurring again.
