I have a weird question about this theme. Why does a dark line appear to the left on the homepage in Chrome? When I test it using Edge, Opera and Firefox the line isn't there. I have Win 10.

I am not getting that on Chrome Windows 10. Could you maybe send us a link to your forum or a test board where you find this issue? On the preview board I don't see the issue either.
The screenshot is from the preview board.

Have you zoomed the page at all? That's the only thing that's managed to replicate the issue for me.

That's probably it. After they did some updates last year the resolution settings got weird for me. The settings I had used for years weren't displaying things like they were before one of their updates and haven't since.

M is for Mod

Yes, your screenshot indicates you are viewing a zoomed page. There are number of sites online that help people sort out their computer issues. You might visit one of them that services your particular browser or operating system and they can walk you through putting things back to normal again.
These are a couple I like for windows issues:

You can get help for firefox issues here:

Thanks.

The theme shows up fine in Firefox though. It's Chrome that's the issue for me even when I lower the zoom from 110% which is my usual setting to 100% that line is still there. It only disappears after I set Chrome's zoom to 80% which is too small to read. After the Chrome update early last year that started this that I mentioned previously my default settings on many different sites were screwed up. Some of the official support people on Google's Chrome support boards said Chrome automatically detects the screen resolution on people's computers as a whole now where it didn't do that before. The flag that fixed things for awhile was eventually removed. I won't make another post about it since it's on my end. I still use the theme even with the line since I like it so much.

This is a screenshot from the Canary version of Chrome with the zoom at set 100%.

Spoiler: click to toggle

Providing this link to prove that I wasn't talking gibberish. I had done this originally so long ago that I forgot about it.
