I've put a support ticket through the admin panel of my board on the 2nd of April but still have not had a reply. What is the average response time?

If I should add, I made a support ticket about something just a few days ago and I was worried of it being unanswered. Turned out that one of the staff quickly responded to it. I guess it's all to do with the staff being more busier than usual with other things, hence why the tickets took more time to be answered or never got an answer at all.
